Returns and Exchanges

  1. Magpie Tech. Corp. must be notified in advance prior to returning and exchanging items. A simple email to accounts@askmagpie.com will be sufficient.
  2. Only new and unopened items can be exchanged.
  3. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with an official invoice from Magpie Tech. Corp. or proof of sale to a customer.
  4. All returned items will be inspected by Magpie Tech. Corp. and the amount of credit to apply will be determined by Magpie Tech. Corp. depending on the time the item was returned and the condition of the item.
  5. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  6. The following items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date or date of sale to your customer for full credit if new and unopened:
    ART-L3, ART-L3 Pro, ART-L5, ART-M1, ART-M3II 25khz, ART-M3II 30khz, ART-MB3 25khz, ART-MB3 30khz, ART-P6, ART-P3II, ART-PB3, ART-SP1, ART-UC1, all ART inserts and tips
  7. The following items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date or date of sale to your customer for partial credit with a 15% restocking fee if the packaging is opened or if the machine has been used:
    ART-L3, ART-L3 Pro, ART-L5, ART-M1, ART-M3II 25khz, ART-M3II 30khz, ART-MB3 25khz, ART-MB3 30khz, ART-P6, ART-P3II, ART-PB3, ART-SP1, ART-UC1
  8. No credit will be issued for inserts, tips, and electrodes if the packaging has been opened or if the item has been used.
  9. Any difference in the price of exchanged items will be either issued credit or billed to you.
    If you are on prepaid terms, the difference will either be refunded to your credit card or due immediately – charged to the original card used for payment.
  10. Shipping will be billed to you for exchanges. If you are on prepaid terms, freight costs must be paid prior to shipping.
