We may be able to repair your ART dental equipment for you. Repair service is available at our California office only. Unfortunately, we do not have mobile repair technicians.
To have your machine repaired by us, call us for a return authorization number. Then pack your repair items securely and mail to:

Please include a note in your package describing the issue you are having with your machine and reference your return authorization. Please also include a business card so that we can contact you by email or fax, and have a return address. After we receive your machine at our office, a repair quotation will be emailed or faxed to you if your unit is out-of-warranty. If you receive a repair quote, we must receive your confirmation. Any approved amounts must be paid by credit card before we can complete the repairs and ship your machine back to you.
Repaired items have a 90-day limited repair warranty. The repair warranty only covers the items that were repaired or replaced.

IMPORTANT: Please note that any out of warranty repairs sent in will be subject to an inspection fee. Inspection fee varies depending on the scope of the evaluation needed to inspect the equipment sent in.
