Magpie Tech Corp. Return & Exchange Policy

For Doctors and All End Users:

Please contact the licensed dealer of your product prior to contacting or submitting to Magpie Tech Corp. If you purchased your items “online” (via eBay, Amazon, or similar), please check the seller’s name to locate your dealer. Magpie Tech Corp. is unable to refund money to an end user who has purchased the item from a dealer. Your licensed dealer would need to handle the refund. If you have any questions or concerns, you may email Magpie directly at sales@askmagpie.com to help determine the purchase origin.

For Authorized Dealers:

  • Notification of intent to return or exchange unopened, unwanted (non-defective) items must be given to Magpie Tech Corp. within 30 days of purchase. A 30% restocking fee may apply for return of unwanted items. Magpie Tech Corp. DOES NOT accept returns beyond the 30-day limit.
  • Only unopened and unused scaling inserts, electrodes, and tips can only be returned for exchange, after they have been verified by Magpie Tech Corp. as unopened and unused. Due to sanitary issues concerning inserts, electrodes, and tips, we cannot offer credit/exchange on any opened or used inserts, electrodes, or tips. Kindly note that all inserts, electrodes, and tips are checked by batch numbers, and any damage or defect will be inspected prior to corrective action being taken.
  • Magpie Tech Corp. requires prior notification for all instances of returned or exchanged merchandise. A Return Authorization number (RA) will be issued for verification purposes. Items returned without authorization will experience extended delays and may be declined.
  • All returns and exchanges require a valid receipt and/or official invoice as proof of sale.
  • Returned or exchanged items must be shipped back to Magpie Tech Corp. in their original packaging, complete with all components and accessories. Items returned or exchanged without their original packaging, or with missing items, may be refused or incur a restocking fee. If items return damaged as a result of improper packaging and padding, the request to return or exchange will be refused.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be inspected by Magpie Tech Corp. prior to the issuance of a replacement or credit. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for this process.
